Web-based Frequently Asked Questions component for managing and facilitating a standalone Frequently Asked Question Database. Also can be used to build a knowledge base with the eForum and eHelpDesk systems. eFAQ allows any authorized user to either ask questions or answer questions, depending on security, and is suitable for use as a community-maintained FAQ. The user both asking and answering questions can optionally be tracked, and questions and answers can be moderated before being available to readers if desired.
